Since 1995, the estate maintains a philosophy and practice of organic
cultivation of olives and wheat, which carries over to the vegetable
garden of the farmhouse, where carrots, potatoes, beans, peas, lettuces,
tomatoes, eggplants, basil, mint, sage and rosemary are grown.

All these products are used in our restaurant.

The organic extra virgin olive oil produced in the farm by Verdese and
Moresca cultivars is sold on the premises.
